Shipping and returns

Orders are sent daily (working days) by urgent courier service. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent and from this moment on you will receive the package at home in a maximum of 72 hours (working days) in Spain, 7 days in Europe.

On the weekend and holidays, it is not sent or distributed.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands are done by courier and take about 8 days to arrive.

If you are from outside the State or the Canary Islands, we need you to send us your passport number or passport, since you need to make an invoice and the delivery time can go from 10 to 20 days.

Free shipping

If the amount of the order is equal to or less than €60, the shipping price is €4.50.

For orders from €60 to €80, the shipping price is €3.

From €80, we take care of the shipping costs within the peninsula!

For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canaries are free from €80. Europe from €150.

Shipping prices

The price of shipments is € 4.5 to the peninsula, € 6.9 to the Balearic Islands, € 12 to the Canary Islands and € 17 to Europe (VAT included).

There is a € 1.5 surcharge if you choose to pay with PayPal or Cash on delivery.

Changes and returns

By phone at 972 049 513 (from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) or better by email at [email protected] ... our spoken english is not that good.

If any product is not as you thought or the size is not correct, there is no problem to make a change or to recover the money. You have a period of six weeks since you receive the package.

Below the products there is a table with a size chart. If the change is because the size does not go well, but the sizes are indicated on the web, the costs of return shipping and the new shipment are yours. You can do this by paying for a new shipment from this link (5 €).

If the change is due to an error or of any defect in the product, we assume all expenses.

Any product that has been used or with any defect caused by the customer (such as clothes that have been washed or used) will not be changed.
